Coaching is a step-by-step process to reach your goals. Coaching helps you to determine if you are
honoring your values through your lifestyle choices. Coaching asks for your best effort in making the changes in your life
that lead to the fulfillment of your dreams.
THE COMPLIMENTARY SESSION: During this half-hour session, we
explore exactly what coaching is and isn't. I explain the power of a coaching experience and you have the opportunity
to ask your questions. Together, we explore those areas of your life causing you discomfort and talk about a starting game
plan to fix them. Your issues may concern your health, your career, your lifestyle choices, how you manage your time, your
finances, your social life, your weight management or anything else that leaves you feeling unfulfilled.
THE NEXT
STEP: We begin with our first session. It is an extended one in which you tell me about your health, your family and
career history. We explore your values and create long term goals and short term strategies to get there. We decide on the
best time for our weekly half-hour telephone conversations.
THEN: Coaching begins. You pick the topic to work
on each week. During these sessions, you learn how to say "no" to things that are not consistent with your goals
or values. We brainstorm new strategies on how to deal with "thorny" issues in your life. I support you in the decisions
you make and validate your feelings. I ask questions that will open the door to new insights on how to get to where you want
to be. And, where you want to be, is up to you! You will have weekly action assignments that enhance your commitment
to change.
GROWING: Your life is filled with joy and satisfaction. You learn that you can live on a permanent,
effortless "roll." You understand the ways to make choices consistent with your dreams. You know that only as you
value your journey will you have the opportunity to be fully alive.
